Get ready for 10 days of excitement as the Carolina Classic Fair returns to Winston-Salem from October 4-13!

• What: The Carolina Classic Fair is the 2nd largest agricultural fair in North Carolina with dozens of rides, grandstand shows, and - of course - delicious fair food!
  
  

• Background: The fair is a longstanding tradition in Winston-Salem, starting as a wheat exhibition in Salem in 1882. For its 125th anniversary in 2007, over 371,000 people attended the Fair!

• 🎨 Arts: The Arts Council announced its grant offerings for 2025, which include three new programs. In total, the Arts Council will grant $902,000 to individual artists, arts organizations, and arts initiatives. Applications will close on Thursday, October 31.
