A MESSAGE FROM ICON CUSTOM BUILDERS

Transformation Through Renovation

Thinking about a home remodel in 2025? Let ICON Custom Builders bring your ideas to life.

Why Renovate? To make your current home more functional for your needs. A home doesn’t have to be new to feel new. Here are some testimonials from ICON clients:

  • "I can't believe how much bigger the space is now"

  • "I wish we would have done this years ago"

  • "We have spent more time than ever at home"

Why ICON? Construction companies follow a similar formula – rules, processes, permits, and subcontractors. While the methods are standard, it's the people that set companies apart. Since 2005, ICON Custom Builders has prioritized relationships and integrity.

But, do they do good work? Yes! Take a look at some recent home transformations:

  • Country Club: Transformed the foyer, living, dining, and kitchen areas to improve overall flow and maximize natural light and sight lines.

  • Saddlewood: Updated this primary bathroom without knocking down walls or completely gutting the space.

  • White Horse: Turned an existing deck into an enclosed sunroom with completely retractable windows to create a screened-in porch to enjoy year-round.

Get in touch with the ICON team today to start planning your project!
