• 🎵 Local Legend: Winston-Salem-based band Proxevita will attend the United Nations Conference of the Parties (COP) in Baku, Azerbaijan, from November 19-22. • 🔨 Renovation: Developer High Tide Capital will convert the historic Loewy Building into a multifamily housing complex. The project will produce 50 apartments along with retail space along Fourth Street. (FOX8 WGHP)
