😎 Summer Bucket List

The Go-To Winston-Salem

May 27, 2024

Your Summer Bucket List

While it falls nearly a month before the official summer kickoff, Memorial Day is commonly viewed as the unofficial beginning of the summer season.

Whether you love being outside enjoying the sunshine or prefer to find ways to cool off from the North Carolina heat, add some of our ideas to your summer bucket list!

Twin City Sweets

Twin City Sweets

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy ice cream - choose from one of the city's many great ice cream shops or try them all!

There are plenty of courts to play on, no matter which racquet you prefer.

It’s no secret that summer in the south gets hot. Cool off at a local pool, lake, river, or watering hole!

Enjoy beautiful views and unwind with your significant other or friends at one of the many wineries near Winston-Salem.

Sunflower fields are in full bloom from the middle of June to early July. Bring home a bouquet of fresh flowers - and don’t forget to take pictures in the field!
