4 Reasons You Might Need a Lawyer

It’s National Law Week, and we’re celebrating by spotlighting one of Winston-Salem’s top firms: Bell, Davis & Pitt.

Think you only need a lawyer when you're in trouble? Think again. Here are 4 key ways Bell, Davis & Pitt can support you and your family—through every stage of life:

Bell, Davis & Pitt
  1. Planning Ahead | Estate planning isn’t just about passing on assets—it’s about protecting your loved ones and honoring your wishes.

  2. Navigating Divorce & Separation | Divorce is never easy—but it doesn't have to be a courtroom battle. Bell, Davis & Pitt knows divorce is stressful and works to resolve matters through collaboration, avoiding court when possible.

  3. Facing Legal Trouble | A speeding ticket can mean fines, higher insurance, and license points—Bell, Davis & Pitt helps fight charges and protect your record, including DWI, drug, and other criminal cases.

  4. Supporting Aging Parents | When a loved one can’t care for themselves, Bell, Davis & Pitt guides you through the guardianship process to ensure they’re protected and supported.
