A MESSAGE FROM ICON CUSTOM BUILDERS
A Renovation for Every Family
Life changesāand your home should too. Whether you're growing, gathering, or settling into a new chapter, ICON Custom Builders helps homeowners create spaces they love. From additions to full renovations, here are a few ways the ICON team has brought clients' visions to life.
The Growing Family
Austin Lane: These homeowners partnered with ICON to add 948 sq. ft of living space, as their previous layout no longer fit their needs.
Allistair: The basement was transformed into a versatile, multi-purpose space designed for both kids and adults to enjoy for years to come.
Carolina: ICON finished the attic to create a new bedroom, bathroom, and living space, giving the children their own dedicated area.
The Family That Is Always Hosting
Ryan Way: For a family that loves to entertain, ICON completed a three-story addition with a large living room, a custom bar in an open floor plan, and an entertaining deck.
Knob View: ICON created the ultimate entertaining hub with designated areas for cooking, dining, and loungingāall in one seamless space.
The Empty Nesters
Arbor: After 50 years in their home, this couple collaborated with ICON to design a first-floor primary suite and indoor-outdoor space to age in place comfortably.
Forest Drive: These long-time homeowners chose to renovate instead of relocate. ICON expanded the kitchen, created a new living area, and added a lower-level entertaining space.
