📢 Announcing Salem Bottleworks

The Go-To Winston-Salem

June 5, 2024

Historic Transformation

One of our favorite features of Winston-Salem is how old spaces are reused in creative ways. The historic Coca-Cola Bottling Plant is joining that tradition as it transforms into a vibrant multi-use space called Salem Bottleworks.

Keep reading to find out what you can expect to find at Salem Bottleworks!

Bobby Boy Bakeshop’s Future Outdoor Space

  • Bobby Boy’s Bakeshop: The famous bakery will open a second location and commercial kitchen in Salem Bottleworks. The new location is expected to open in September 2024.

  • Restaurants: We can’t reveal the names of the new restaurants coming to Salem Bottleworks, but we can tell you all three are locally owned and will be opening sometime between December 2024 and spring/summer of 2025.

  • Residential: Three studio apartments and one 4-bedroom Airbnb are anticipated to be available in spring/summer of 2025.

  • Market: A small market space will offer various local products and essentials.

  • Event Space/Bar: A portion of the upstairs space will be used as an event space or bar. As an event space, it would accommodate 125 guests in the main area and 46 guests on the balcony (171 total).
