Piedmont Federal Bank

šŸ  Piedmont Federal Bank is proud to stand beside local families—whether they're buying their first home or finding the perfect place for a new chapter.

Susan Gray: After facing challenges with another lender, Susan turned to Piedmont Federal Bank for help buying her first home.

  • ā€œPiedmont Federal Bank helped me through the highs and lows — they made me feel supported every step of the way.ā€

The Cooper Family: The Coopers needed a home that matched their next phase of life. When their previous bank fell short, Piedmont Federal Bank offered a personalized solution with a bridge loan through a HELOC.

  • This gave them the flexibility to buy before selling—and close during the holidays, avoiding a major tax penalty.
