Music: Muddy Creek Cafe recently reopened its doors and introduced a new space, the Listening Room. The space is an intimate live music venue that allows listeners to focus on the music experience without distraction. The room will seat 50 people. When not hosting concerts, it will serve as an additional dining space and host private events + the weekly Sunday Songwriters Showcase.
Recognition: Nominations for the Winston-Salem Arts, Culture, and Entertainment Memorial Walk of Fame are being accepted now through February 23. You can view the past honorees on the Cherry Street sidewalk by The Benton Convention Center.
Arts: Mayor Joines and the City Council declared February 5 "The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem Day" in honor of the Theatreās long history in Winston-Salem. Formed in 1935, the theatre is the oldest performing arts organization in the Triad.
