š·āāļø Breaking Ground on The Grounds
A MESSAGE FROM BELL, DAVIS & PITT P.A.
Holiday Travel Trips
Nothing will ruin your holiday like getting pulled over. Bell, Davis & Pitt P.A. has created this simple guide to help you avoid unnecessary tickets!
1) Make Sure Your License and Registration Are up to Date
Did you know law enforcement can run license plate numbers while driving behind you? If your vehicleās registration is expired or the registered ownerās license is expired/suspended, they can pull you over!
2) Remove Your License Plate Cover
Itās against the law in North Carolina to have a frame that makes part of your license plate unreadable. That includes frames the dealership gives you!
3) Watch Your Speed
Donāt rely on the myth that you can go 10 mph over the speed limit without a ticket. Law enforcement can decide what speed over the posted limit they give you a ticket for.
If you do get a ticket, donāt worry! Just schedule your free traffic consultation with Bell, Davis & Pitt P.A.
