🏟 Update: The downtown amphitheater project has been delayed to Spring 2027 as plans expanded into a larger, permanent design, increasing the estimated cost from $10 million to $25 million. The extended timeline allows time for final approvals, the city’s revised noise ordinance, and the booking process for performers.
