🚗 Free Downtown Parking

It’s a Christmas miracle! Downtown Winston-Salem’s on-street parking is free for the holiday season (through January 2, 2026).

Fourth Street

  • What: This includes over 800 parking spaces!

  • Keep In Mind: City-owned parking decks and lots will continue to charge $1 per hour.

  • Why It Matters: Residents have raised concerns about the cost of parking downtown. Free parking will make downtown more accessible, providing a holiday boost for downtown’s small businesses and restaurants.

🎉 Get in the holiday spirit, give gifts that matter, and get ready for 2026 with our local YMCA.

  • Mistletoe Run | Dec 6 | The most wonderful run of the year with family-friendly fun (bounce houses, post-race party, food trucks, cheerleaders & more).

  • Camp | Your kid won’t remember the toy, but they’ll remember the adventure. Give the gift of camp this holiday season.

  • Personal Training | Jump into 2026 with momentum. Get your personal training package (4, 8, or 12 sessions) now and lock in 2025 rates.*
