• 🍲 Save the Date: Mark your calendars for September 14! Food Hall Invasion is returning to Second Harvest Food Bank! The pop-up food hall fundraiser will feature some of Winston-Salem’s top chefs, like Tim Grandinetti of Spring House and Claire Calvin of The Porch & East of Texas.
  
  

• 🤸‍♀️ Coming Soon: The Little Gym is opening a location at the Thruway Center! With 400 locations worldwide, The Little Gym offers gymnastics courses for children ages 4 months to 12 years old. The opening date hasn’t been shared yet, but we’ll let you know once it is!
  
  

• ⚾ Sports: With baseball season reaching its final inning, the Dash is offering special deals to fans! Tickets for all remaining home games have been reduced to $15, and all Sun-Thurs games will feature $1 hot dogs and $2 draft beers. The Dash returns to Truist Stadium on September 2.
  
  

• 💙 Impact: The YMCA of Northwest North Carolina is offering a teen membership referral initiative called Reaching Our Potential! Started in 2022, the initiative provides students aged 11-18 with free YMCA memberships so that they have access to a positive environment.
  
  

• 🎨 Art: Have you seen Boston-Thurmond’s newest art project? Several of the neighborhood’s utility boxes have been turned into works of art that reflect the neighborhood’s culture and history!
